Job is gas-related — read from the customer's description and any uploaded photo.

Engineer is on the live Gas Safe Register — checked at dispatch time, not at signup.

Engineer's individual competencies cover the work category (boilers, cookers, fires).
- 04
Engineer holds public liability cover ≥ £2m, in date through job completion.
- 05
Engineer's postcode radius covers the property, and they have a free slot before the customer's deadline.
If any one of these fails, the job doesn't dispatch to that tradesperson — Ezra moves to the next-best match. The customer never sees a button to book someone uncertified.
