How do I know the leads are real?+
Every job comes from a landlord, agent, or tenant already using EzeAla to manage a property. We verify the property exists, the requester owns or rents it, and the budget is approved before you ever see the request. No tyre-kickers.
When do I get paid?+
48 hours after the client signs off on the job. Funds sit in Stripe escrow from the moment the quote is accepted — no chasing invoices, no bounced cheques.
What commission do you charge?+
Flat 10% on every completed job. Founding members (first 100) pay 0% on their first 5 jobs and 10% for life — locked forever. Elite pros (100+ jobs, 4.8+ rating) earn a reduced 8% rate.
Do you take exclusivity?+
Never. Work for other platforms, your own website, word of mouth — do whatever works. We earn your attention job by job.
What if I don't have reviews yet?+
Founding members get a "Founding Member" badge that reassures landlords. Your first 5 reviews carry extra weight in our algorithm. Most new tradespeople are fully rated within 4–6 weeks.
What if I want to leave?+
Cancel anytime, no notice, no fee. Export your reviews as a PDF. Take your reputation with you. That is the whole point.
