The UK trades market is broken in two directions. Customers can't easily verify who they're letting into their home. Tradespeople spend more time chasing leads and invoices than doing the work they trained for.
Existing platforms made it worse — charging tradespeople subscriptions and lead credits before they'd earned a penny, while offering customers no real protection beyond a star rating.
EzeAla starts from a different premise: AI should handle the friction, not add to it. Ezra triages, verifies, matches, and briefs. Stripe holds payment. Humans focus on the work.
